Placing Orders
How do I place an order with my trade discount?
Once logged into your trade account, your exclusive pricing will display automatically as you browse. Add items to your cart and check out whenever you're ready.
Do you offer swatches or samples?
Trade members can request fabric swatches for both pillows and upholstery. Simply go to our Order Swatches page, or contact our team at trade@rugandweave.com.
Please note that availability may vary by item.
Discount
What is my discount?
As a member of our trade program, you automatically receive Silver tier pricing—20% off all regular-priced items.
Our next tier, Gold, offers 25% off with $125,000 in annual net spend.
Can I use additional discount codes on top of my trade discount?
Trade discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes. However, during promotional periods or when shopping sale items, you’ll automatically receive the deepest available discount at checkout.
How do I use my discount?
Your trade discount will apply automatically once you're logged into your account. Be sure to sign in before shopping.
Fulfilment
What are your general shipping timelines?
Shipping timelines vary by product category. For the most accurate estimate, please refer to the individual product listing.
- Rugs: 2–4 weeks
- Furniture: 4–8 weeks
- Custom Upholstery: Approximately 12 weeks
- Pillows: 5–7 business days
- Home Goods: 5–7 business days
- Lighting: 1–3 weeks
- Art & Mirrors: Varies by vendor
- Farrow & Ball: 5–7 business days
How long does furniture take to arrive?
In-stock furniture:
Ships in 4–8 weeks to most Canadian addresses
Out-of-stock items:
We’ll contact you with an estimated delivery date
Custom furniture:
Ships in approximately 12 weeks, depending on materials and configuration
*Note: orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
Do you offer consolidated shipping or bulk delivery for large projects?
Yes! We’re happy to coordinate bulk shipments for large projects (up to 30 days) and hold multiple items to ship together.

Can I ship to a client or job site directly?
Absolutely! You can enter the client or site address at checkout and include any delivery instructions. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
How will my furniture order be delivered?
Local Pickup:
Furniture orders are not eligible for local pickup.
Small Furniture:
Typically delivered separately via small parcel.
Large Furniture:
Standard delivery includes bringing your items to your home’s entance. Optional White Glove delivery—which includes inside placement, setup, and package disposal—is available in Ontario, Canada only and may not be offered in rural locations.
Returns
What is your return policy for trade orders?
Trade orders are subject to our standard return policy. Most unused, undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returns are issued as store credit—refunds are not provided.

Are all products eligible for return?
Some items are final sale, including:
- Clearance items
- Custom or made-to-order furniture (i.e. customer upholstery)
- Lighting
- Bedding
Final sale items will always be clearly labeled on the product page so there are no surprises.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Email your order number and photos to trade@rugandweave.com, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
Custom
If I need a particular item for my project, how can I get assistance sourcing it?
If you’re searching for a specific item or a unique piece, just email trade@rugandweave.com.
Our extensive network of trusted vendors worldwide means we can source a wide range of products tailored to your project.
What if I can’t find the perfect rug size or fit?
If you don’t see the right size, many of our rugs can be made to order in custom dimensions. We also offer custom rug design, working closely with you to create exactly what you want.
