Shipping Location: These items ship from our stockroom in Guelph, ON.

Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 5-7 business days from the day the order was placed.

Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. A tracking number will be provided via email once your item(s) has shipped.

Rugs

Free Shipping: All rugs ship for free within Canada and the US.

Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 3-6 weeks to Canadian and US addresses.

Carriers: Rugs smaller than 8×10 ship with FedEx, while larger rugs are delivered with a freight carrier.

Out of Stock Items: Our team will contact you to provide an estimated lead time.

Furniture

Delivery Time:

  • In-Stock Furniture: Expect delivery within 6 weeks to Canadian and US addresses. If your item is not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

  • Custom Furniture: Custom upholstery typically requires up to 12 weeks for delivery.

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery: Large items are delivered with a freight carrier into the entryway of your home or curbside, depending on your location. Small items often ship via UPS or FedEx.

  • Full Service (White Glove) Delivery: Delivery into the room of your choice, including unpacking, assembly, and garbage removal. Available to most Ontario addresses. For rural or out-of-Ontario locations, please contact us for a custom quote.

  • Local Pickup: Not available for furniture orders.
Framed Art
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary from product to product. Please refer to the product listing for your expected delivery time.

  • Shipping Locations: Larger art ships directly from the manufacturer; smaller art ships from our stockroom in Guelph.

Additional Shipping Charges

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to locations classified as isolated or rural by our carriers. Our team will contact you if additional shipping charges are applicable.

Possible Delays

Estimated shipping lead times for furniture, rugs, framed art, and lighting may change due to manufacturing delays, weather, holidays, etc. We strive to provide information as soon as it becomes available from our manufacturers.

Cancellations

Cancellations for a full refund can only be processed within 48 hours of placing your order. If your item has not shipped yet from the manufacturer and you wish to make a change, please contact our Customer Service team at help@rugandweave.com. Exchange or store credit can be provided for orders that have not yet shipped.

Damages & Defects

  • Large Items: Upon delivery, inspect the packaging and take photos of any visible damage. If there is severe damage, refuse the delivery with the carrier. For damage discovered after delivery, contact us immediately with 2-3 clear photos of the damage. Claims must be made within 48 hours to be approved. Depending on the severity, you may be offered a discount, replacement, or refund.

Local Pickup

For orders selected for local pickup, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at our retail location at 14 Macdonell Street in Downtown Guelph. Wait until you receive the notification email before coming to pick up your order. Rugs, furniture, and lighting are not available for local pickup unless otherwise indicated in the product description. Some small floor model furniture orders can be picked up in-store (accent tables, chairs, ottomans, nightstands).

Northern Territories

We do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut at this time.

International Shipping

All products except furniture, framed art, and mirrors are available for worldwide shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and based on location. The customer is responsible for paying any import duties/taxes upon receiving the product. Rug & Weave is not responsible for any damages that occur during transit to locations outside of Canada and the US.

Returns & Exchanges

Most products are eligible for store credit or exchange. Refunds are not offered. Items must be shipped back or returned in-store within 30 days of receipt in new/unused condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our stockroom in Guelph, ON. Items may also be returned in person at our retail location at 14 Macdonell St. in Guelph. Product Representation

We strive to represent our products accurately with detailed information and photos. Product colors may vary slightly based on screen display settings. Handmade items may have slight variations.

Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our furniture, covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. If a claim is approved, we will determine if a part or full replacement is necessary. The warranty does not cover wear, damage, or discoloration from regular use, inadequate maintenance, or accidents. Natural variations in color and texture are not considered defects. Extreme temperature and humidity changes can cause wood products to split or crack, which is not covered. Our warranty does not cover furniture and rugs purchased from our retail store that are out of the original packaging.
